2008 Season Registration Information
Regular Registration runs from April 1st to May 31st. Registration fees are $125 with discounts
for 3 or more children in the same immediate family.
This years registration form is different than in the past. This years form is a CYSA membership form (link on right) not the U.S. Youth Membership Form used in the past. You will notice differences if you have registered in the past. One of the biggest differences is no place to indicate the size of uniforms and you do not have to sign the form in two locations. The CYSA membership form is available online as a fill-in form (see link on the right). If you fill out on line print 2 copies to mail or bring to a registration.
PGSC has come up with our own uniform size order chart. It will be distributed after teams are formed. Your coach will have more information after our coaches meeeting in late July.
Returning Players
- Registration materials are mailed after April 1st to the address of record
- If you moved since last season you will need to attend a walk-in registration
- Include small player photo(name on back) and copy of birth certificate, unless already on file
- Registration forms do not have uniform size information this year. We are working on a method to best assure correct sizes for your child.
- Mail your completed registration form, check or money order, photo, birth certificate
and parent agreement form the club. Check web site for address
- Incomplete registrations will be not be processed and will be returned to the parent and guardian

Late Registration
- Late registration is from June 1st to June 30th
- Late registration fees are $145 for the first and second child
Space Available Registration
- Space-Available Registration is from July 1st through August 31st.
- Fees are the same as for Late Registration $145
- You will not be guaranteed a position on a team. Space available is exactly what it says. If there is room
or if there are enough players to form a new team you will be contacted
- Space available registration does not guarantee a place in the Pleasant Grove Soccer Club, you may have to play for another club in EGYSL
