Season Registration Information
Players must be at least 4 years old by July 31st of the year of registration in order to be eligible to play in the EGYSL. Do you know which age group your child will play this year? Check out the age group calculator to see.
We have online registration available this year!!! You now have three choices. You can mail in your registration forms, photo and check if you are a returning player, or you can register at one of the "Walk-in" registration events below,
or you can register online.

Regular Registration runs from April 1st to May 31st.
2010 Walk-in Registration is scheduled as follows:
Saturday, April 24th from 10am to 2pm
Harriet Eddy Middle School

Saturday, May 15th from 10am to 2pm

Registration fees are $125 for the first and second player in the same immediate family.
The third player is $100, the fourth is $80 and the fifth and beyond are $50 each.
Parent/guardian needs to sign in the registration form
and the Parent Ethics Agreement Form.

| Bring a copy of their official birth certificate, not a hospital birth certificate, for all new players. |

Late Registration runs from June 1st to July 30th.
Late Registration fees are $145 for the first and second child.
Late Registration fees for the third child in the same immediate family is $120
Late Registration fees for the fourth child in the same immediate family is $100
Late Registration fees for the fifth child, or more, in the same immediate family is $70
